High Pressure Pump
The High Pressure Pump is a triplex pump driven by a CAT diesel engine via a gear transmission.
The pump is operated by a throttle lever on a stand with a 15″ touch screen PC. The panel is fully IP protected and can operate in the same environment as the pump itself.
The panel and stand is packed and stowed inside the engine compartment together with required wires and air hose, all on handy suspensions.
This convenient arrangement makes rig up and down a breeze.

CONTROL PANEL – MAIN FEATURES
The Operator Control Panel is designed carrying forward 25 years of accumulated experience and knowledge of real life situations working in the offshore industry ensuring trouble free operation even under the harshest conditions.
Certifications to ATEX, NEC, CEC, CE, INMETRO, GOST-R, UL and FM for acceptance world – wide.
Temperature ranges -10 ºC (-30 ºC with optional space heater) to +50ºC, in practice from the Arctic to the Sahara Desert – Ex Zone 1/2 – GD
Approximately 45 (from 2007 to date) control packages built upon the same core elements and philosophy have been provided to clients worldwide with great success.
The core concept being based upon a central interface cabinet catering for all hydraulic, pneumatic and electric interfaces towards the equipment under control supplemented with one or more CCS 436™ Operator Control Panels has proven highly successful.
One pump may be connected to more than one operator panel. The panel may be fitted with an up to several hundred foot long cable, making it possible to operate the pump remotely. It is also possible to integrate pump operation screens into existing operator chairs or similar.
CONTROL PANEL SCREENS
There are multiple screens on the control panel, ranging from the easy summary on the main page to pages with more exhaustive details.
The trend page display trend graphs over discharge pressure, hydraulic horsepower, flow rate, OPS limit and Engine RPM during the last five hours. It logs every 5 second. At the left the scale for all four signals is found. At the bottom, current values are displayed.
An optional feature is to define jobs and log job data to a CSV formatted text file. This file can be transferred using Ethernet or a USB stick to another analyzing PC with Excel or other graphing/analyzing tools.
DATA STORAGE, INTEGRITY AND SAFETY
Non Volatile USB Program and Configuration Stick. In the unlikely event of a critical failure anyone using a screwdriver and following a simple instruction will be able to replace any one of the systems computers, have it booted with its generic and unit specific application data and seeing the system up and fully functional within 10-15 minutes.
INTERGRATION OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION
The panel may be set up to include a Picture – In – Picture showing video images (CCTV). Ideally in a situation where CCTV is required one or more CCS 750™ Dome Cameras are connected to the system. These will then be available to the operator at each location (if more than one panel is used), allowing the operator to Pan (360°) Tilt (±90°) and Zoom (12X) by interacting with the Operator Control Panel.
